We are searching for a Dietitian to work full time (35 hours per week) in our Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program Monday through Friday. The Dietitian supports community wellness through nutrition education and counseling through our WIC Program. WIC provides essential resources to pregnant women, new mothers, breastfeeding mothers, and young children, offering nutrition education and and health referrals. This role is vital in promoting healthy choices and lifelong wellness for families across Summit County.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct nutritional assessments and develop tailored care plans for both high- and low-risk WIC participants. Offer personalized nutrition counseling, breastfeeding promotion, and ongoing support. Educate and empower participants with resources on nutrition, healthy food choices, and wellness strategies. Develop educational materials for SCPH clinics and community programs. Maintain accurate documentation of nutrition services, referrals, and follow-up actions for each participant. Collaborate with community groups, facilitate interdisciplinary partnerships, and participate in SCPH and WIC meetings. Contribute to grant program goals, assist with Public Health Aide duties as needed, and support the training of dietetic students. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. Registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registry (CDR) with the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Must be a licensed dietitian through the Ohio Medical Board. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in nutrition services is preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile availability, and insurance coverage.
