Associate Brand Manager for Redemption Whiskey .

Redemption is an innovative whiskey brand committed to crafting flavorful, rye-forward whiskeys that excite consumers with a range of new innovations in our pipeline. We've gained category share, increased sales and brand health - but we have much more growth ahead, as we are looking to shake up the whiskey category.

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join the Redemption brand team and help lead this brand to new heights. Status quo will not deliver our ambition - we want someone who thinks differently, takes calculated risks, is bold in action and drives for results. We are looking for a consumer-orientated marketer with a combination of strategy, creative capability, analytical skill, flair and commercial orientation. Someone with a passion for the whiskey category to work with the Senior Brand Manager to rally belief around this iconic brand.

The type of person we are seeking is already excited by the whiskey category, is curious about our consumers and is energized by the prospect of creating a new legacy. They are a strong, instinctive marketer - a leader with a point of view who sees possibility and can articulate it with clarity and passion, such that it inspires followership and enrollment from others. Someone who thoughtfully builds great relationships at all levels!

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Redemption, the Associate Brand Manager will function as the brand champion with P&L responsibility. The ABM will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of consumer marketing activities to enhance the growth and profitability of their brand. The ABM is expected to be able to have influence with functions and entities that work closely with the spirits brand team.

Qualifications:BS/BA degree in marketingMinimum of 2 years marketing experience (preferred)Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted business environmentStrong analytical skills (can readily identify insights in ships/deps/consumption data and translate to action)Experience managing an A&P budgetExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skillsDeadline oriented self-starter who is proactive and holds self to high standard of work qualityExcellent project management skillsAbility to interface efficiently at all levels of the organization and distributor networkResponsibilities:

Responsible for development and execution of strategic and annual marketing plans which address all aspects of the marketing mix including P&L's, pricing, and promotionResponsible for the delivery of volume, share and profit objectives consistent with overall brand strategyWork closely with Commercial marketing to identify opportunities to expand the business in existing channels of tradeManagement of internal and external resources pertaining to digital media, social media, and creative.Ensure accurate and timely monthly updates and provide analysis and recommendations when sales vary from forecast.Interface on a consistent basis with Commercial Marketing, PR, Finance, and Production to rapidly identify problems/opportunities and take appropriate action as warrantedInterface with Senior Management / ExecutivesRepresent brand at trade functions and consumer eventsWhat We Offer:
