Position Description:Network Runners is seeking a Simulations Systems Administrator (SSA) to support the U.S. Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Training & Support Services G3 - Simulations Training Division. This position is onsite. Work location: Clarke Simulations Center, Fort Moore, GA.
Duties:
Conduct scenario and database development and management.Provide scenario development or modification of existing scenarios, databases, and supporting documentation to meet unit training objectives while using JCATS, DXTRS, JLCCTC- ERF, CPCE, CSEP, and STE and/or their replacements.Create, maintain, and access the requisite database (e.g., organization, equipment, supply, and military graphics overlays) necessary to support each simulation exercise using JCATS, DXTRS, and JLCCTC -ERF or their replacements.Set up workstations, support equipment, and work areas to support an exercise, seminar, soldier tracking exercise or working group, move, setup and arrangement of workstations in a manner to support the requirements of the exercise, ensure necessary supplies, training materials, terrain boards, audio/visual equipment, and furniture are in place prior to the exercise.Operate available Constructive Simulations equipment during exercises when required.Ensure full operational capability of the training systems, support equipment, spares, computer hardware, and software.Perform applicable operational readiness tests before each scheduled event to test the associated hardware and database.Background Requirements:
Have a working knowledge of JCATS, DXTRS, JLCCTC- ERF, CPCE, CSEP, and STE and/or their replacements.Type of Job:
