Executive/Senior Administrative Assistant

Position Description:Network Runners is seeking anExecutive/Senior Administrative Assistantto provide the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), including all subordinate organizations, with a broad range of administrative and executive support services to successfully execute mission requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide advice and recommendations to the Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff, DCSA on all matters relative to the coordination, integration, and synchronization, of staff actions, events, and activities personally affecting and involving the DCSA Front Office.Assist the Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff in the execution of all matters pertaining to strategic visits and communication.Relieve the Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff of detailed planning relating to a wide variety of complex communications issues and messaging initiatives.Develop, coordinate, manage, lead, and deliver multiple, critical, daily and weekly strategic activities and communications on behalf of the Director.Attend high-level internal and external meetings and briefings with, or for, the Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff and takes notes, documents action, follows up as required and monitors action through to completion.Independently create and brief messages/presentations to DCSA senior leadership, as well as to the total DCSA workforce (i.e., town halls).Monitor and correlate internally assigned initiatives and taskers; ensure that all relevant DCSA offices have been assigned or informed of requirements. Monitor DCSA organizations' progress toward meeting such suspense dates in a timely manner.Manage internal and external Agency-level tasks via the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or successor task management system.Provide editorial assistance on staff correspondence packages and other documents, distributing incoming correspondence to appropriate stakeholders.
Background Requirements:
Executive/Senior Administrative Assistant with a mastery level to support the Senior Leader and oversee and manage the daily operations of the Front Office effectively and efficiently.At least three or more years of Executive Administrative experienceTS/SCI clearance or Secret clearance, depending on component requirementsMinimum bachelor's degreePossess excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
