Position: Driver

Job Summary: The Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of clients who are unable to transport themselves.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:Safely operate and drive the company vehicles in accordance with all relevant legislation and company policies.Follow assigned schedule to ensure timely delivery or pick-up of passengers.Respond to calls from Dispatch for pick up in a timely manner.Load and unload goods or assist passengers in boarding and alighting the vehicles as required.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, including biweekly vehicle cleaning and conducting regular monthly inspections and monthly maintenance logs to ensure it is in good working condition.Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers, goods, and pedestrians.Manage WEX Card associated with assigned vehicle in accordance with policy.Communicate effectively with dispatch, LBHS Staff, clients, or passengers to address any concerns or changes in the transportation schedule.Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery or trip logs, and maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately to the relevant authorities and management.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions with clients or passengers.Assist in the loading and unloading of goods as needed, ensuring they are properly secured and handled with care.Required Experience/Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalentValid State of Ohio Driver's License and valid car insuranceClean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violationsExcellent knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulationsAbility to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloadingMust pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screenMust be 25 years or olderPreferred qualifications:

CDL Blass B with passenger endorsementSchedule

Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 6:30pm
