Key Responsibilities:Tax Compliance & Preparation:
Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.Tax Planning & Advisory:
Provide strategic tax planning and consultation services to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities and minimizing liabilities.Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for tax-related matters.Research & Analysis:
Conduct tax research on complex issues and keep up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax law changes that could impact clients.Team Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth within the team.What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax, with expertise in tax preparation, compliance, and planning.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or EA designation strongly preferred.Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues and deliver sound solutions.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.Tech Savvy:
