Collaborate closely with all team members to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee resource scheduling to effectively manage workloads and meet deadlines. Establish, promote, and uphold quality standards for all projects and work completed by the group. Develop proposals or contracts that accurately define project scope, ensure profitability, and support feasible project timelines. Understand the goals and challenges of current and potential clients to identify new opportunities and cross-sell additional services offered by the
firm. Contribute to the development of both short-term and long-term strategic market sector plans, with a primary focus on the DFW market. Ensure the profitable operation of the Water Resources group in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, region.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required 7+ years of relevant experience and/or training Strong motivation to grow the Water Resources sector within the DFW market Technical expertise in site civil engineering, particularly in CIP planning, stormwater, and natural resources Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead projects through the entire design process independently and collaboratively Ability to manage and cultivate key relationships independently Solid understanding of budget considerations and the impact on profit and revenueInterested in hearing more?
