This role involves overseeing the work of Clinical Providers, facilitating productive supervisory sessions, managing schedules efficiently, and providing top-quality counseling services. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in a human services field and licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP in the state of Missouri.

Provide supervision to Clinical Providers and hold regular individual and team meetingsManage supervisees' time effectively according to DMH standards and departmental requirementsDeliver individual, group, family, and/or other practical counseling services tailored to clients' needsPresent educational materials in public forums to boost community comprehension of mental healthParticipate in staffing of clients to pinpoint issues, set goals, and assume management responsibilitiesContribute to emergency services for swift aid during emotional crisesOversee comprehensive follow-ups for clients previously managedReview and monitor documentation, providing corrective feedback and disciplinary action when necessaryParticipate in recruitment processes as neededReport critical incidents and staff responses to higher managementActively participate in staff development and training activitiesCooperate with quality assurance and utilization review procedures
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:• Master's degree in a Human Services field• Licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP in Missouri
