You will play a key role in overseeing clinical provider performance, managing a caseload, and ensuring compliance with agency and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:• Provide regular, structured supervision to a team of clinical providers, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to thrive.• Collaborate with team members to set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to enhance performance.• Assist supervisees in managing their caseloads and workloads effectively, ensuring compliance with industry and agency standards.• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, including evidence-based interventions, as needed.• Lead crisis intervention efforts, providing timely and effective support during emergency situations.• Contribute to recruitment and hiring processes, helping build a strong, diverse clinical team.• Participate in the development and delivery of staff training and professional development opportunities.• Work collaboratively with other departments to promote positive client outcomes and achieve organizational goals.• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records in compliance with regulatory requirements.• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform clinical decision-making and optimize service delivery.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:• Master's degree in a mental health-related field• Must possess a Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Additional Qualifications:• Ability to provide clinical supervision to license-eligible staff• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Experience in outpatient services and supervision is preferred
Physical Requirements• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time• Ability to use a computer and communicate via phone and email
