National Corporate Housing is recruiting for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team and support our growth and profitability objectives. This role involves diverse responsibilities across financial planning and analysis, market consulting and pricing, process automation, and financing and M&A. Responsibilities:
Support company-wide forecasts by developing forecasting methodologies, building driver-based financial models, formulating key assumptions, and tracking variances to continually improve forecast accuracy.Contribute to the annual budgeting process by creating budget models and assisting stakeholders in setting goals and assumptions.Extract and synthesize data from reporting systems using SQL, presenting it in clear, actionable visuals and reports.Act as an internal consultant to operational markets, developing financial models to identify strategies for performance improvement.Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing large group opportunities to maximize profit and support Supply Chain in identifying cost-saving opportunities.Create PowerBI dashboards in collaboration with the development team to track company operating metrics and financial performance.Assist in ERP system implementation with cross-functional collaboration across departments.Identify and implement process automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.Support financing efforts by analyzing credit terms and responding to due diligence requests.Prepare reporting packages for lenders, including financial performance reviews and covenant calculations.Participate in M&A efforts by conducting industry research, financial analysis, and due diligence.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role.Strong work ethic, with an open-minded attitude and eagerness to learn.Team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).All employees are expected to have knowledge of National's business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.
