Account Manager

National Corporate Housing is looking for a versatile Account Manager to lease our furnished corporate apartments, complete all stages of the sales process including paperwork, and assist clients as needed. This individual must close the business and foster relationships to help achieve market goals. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong customer communication skills and excellent follow through.

What you are focused on :Growing your specific market, increasing unit count strategicallyDriving bottom line (profitability) through pricing, lease term negotiations, and unit growthGenerating new business leads through relationship building, local marketing, and sales to exceed market goalsQuick and accurate responses to large volume, time sensitive requests; ensuring clients are taken care of and winning leadsBeing the National liaison for clients, vendors, customers and all things regarding lease agreementsStrong sales, presentation, and communication skills to sellAchieving or exceeding our guest satisfaction scores - in 2022 our average score was above 95%Building and maintaining strong partnership with local outside salesforceWhat's unique about this role:

Proven experience in an inside sales position

Apartment Leasing or Hospitality/Hotel experience is preferred

Must be an extremely fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeedAbility to market and sell our existing inventory to the maximize occupancyAbility to respond to incoming leads within 2 hrs. to maximize winning chancesStrong prioritization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to think futuristically and creatively in providing options, sales solutions, and problem solvingBachelor's Degree is idealBenefits:

$28.60- $33.80/hourOn target earnings commissions potential of ~ $1000/month after ramp up, depending on book of business; uncapped
