National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our team. We are a multi-brand, global leader in providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. Our company is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe.
The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring all apartments meet company standards, preparing and cleaning apartments for new guests, checking in and checking out all assigned keys, reporting maintenance issues or items needed in units, maintaining inventory necessary to perform daily duties, developing and maintaining on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors, maintaining accurate records of miles driven and daily activity, daily communication with staff, and flexibility for last minute changes needed. Other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:Ensure all apartments meet company standardsPrepare and clean apartments for new guests, get these apartments ready in best possible shapeCheck-in and check-out all assigned keysReport maintenance issues or items needed in unitsMaintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties including, but not limited to: light bulbs, batteries, cable wires, cleaning supplies, lock boxes etc.Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendorsMaintain accurate records of miles driven and daily activityDaily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes neededOther duties as assignedRequirements:A valid driver's license and clean driving record2 years' experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial workAbility to lift 50 poundsBasic English skillsHigh level of attention to detailBenefits:
