Certus Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our NEW professional office!
This position works out of our NEW Corporate Office located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and is a Monday through Friday position with working hours of 8:30am to 5pm with a small amount of flexibility in start and end time.
This position will work with and alongside multiple departments at our corporate office location and can expect to complete tasks like the following on a weekly basis: banking, scheduling office events and meetings, inventory of supplies, answering and transferring calls, working on special projects and events.
Pay for this opportunity starts at $17/an hour to $20/an hour; with some room for negotiation.

Requirements
We are looking for:A positive, organized, well spoken, and confident individualAn individual with a minimum education of an associates degreePrior knowledge of bankingCan organized documents requiring signature by individuals in the officehas experience taking messages and screening/forwarding phone callsIs comfortable scheduling meetings and completing follow up as neededCan complete light filing dutiesPrevious experience as a receptionist in an office settingSomeone with great phone skills and the ability to filter calls appropriatelySomeone who always has a smile
