Job Description
ResponsibilitiesAssist with regular and ad-hoc reporting and research in student housing and hospitality market and industry trends
Communicate regularly with property managers to track revenue management, property operations, financial performance, and changes to forecasts
Support monthly property performance reviews and reporting of performance to head office
Manage administrative requests from head office and prepare reporting monthly and quarterly
Develop tracking of capex spend and planning, loan agreements, and management agreements
Research best practices and products to improve portfolio performance (e.g. new technology, building efficiency, and other best practices)
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines including real estate, economics or finance
Preferably up to 2 years' experience in real estate, finance, accounting, property management or other operational fields
Good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a multi-cultural, cross-border environment with good understanding of corporate nuances and high flexibility and adaptability
Assertive, self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
Team player who is organized and willing to learn and work in a small team
