Overview
Job Summary
Responsible for leading and project managing the organization's external marketing and advertising campaigns, building, and leading campaign strategy and performance measurement, and creating a customer strategy that is focused on meeting needs for both B2C and B2B all utilizing the vision, strategic direction and focus provided by the VP of marketing. Campaign plans will be multichannel, to include traditional, digital and social media execution, as well as help define new highly effective and efficient channels that deliver the best ROI and the business performance goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Manage key members of the marketing team for execution while supporting them in their roles (events, internal communications, marketing campaigns).Responsible for providing marketing support to the field teams with materials such as presentations, brochures and other materials that will help winover hospitals, requestors and first responders.Further develop and maintain website, manage social media platforms, and identify emerging platforms and opportunities.Develop strategy and lead B2B lead generataion programs (email, funnel management, lead platform, etc.)Responsible for brand approvals, brand assets and brand communications.Responsible for overseeing the development of campaigns and programs, including managing expenditures within allotted budgetWork with the VP of Marketing on annual strategy and build marketing plans to support and deliver performance.Responsible for managing agencies, vendors and freelance designers and writersOther Duties as assigned.Additional Job Requirements

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will supervise and lead other members of the marketing team as well as vendors, agencies, and contracted support staff. Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, selecting, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, career growth planning, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. For Exempt Managers: Managers that carry out these responsibilities for two or more employees will have significant input in hiring and termination decisions.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field from four-year college or university; and 10 or more years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceTen (10) years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or brand managementAgency or corporate experience preferred.Experience in B2X and B2B marketing and lead generationHealthcare experience a plus.Skills
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines.Excellent research, writing and editing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to identify industry trends.Financial acumen and ability to manage budgetsAbility to create and manage media schedulesAbility to develop executive level power point presentationsExperienced with digital marketing strategy and implementation (display, search, social media)Computer Skills

Pay Range
USD $124,370.00 - USD $158,550.00 /Yr.
