We are looking for a Head of Growth & Web Engineering to lead a Growth team at DigitalOcean. This is a compelling opportunity to drive tremendous impact serving a global customer base. We expect candidates to be experienced in identifying, prioritizing and executing growth A/B tests to drive engagement and retention via expansion and cross-sell, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. You relish taking a data-informed, customer-centric approach to drive impact. You are comfortable with ambiguity, seek to drive clarity and are adept at thoughtful collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and ship with velocity.

Our Team:
The person filling this position will report to the VP Growth leading our overall Growth Strategy. Eight FT and five contractor engineers currently support the Growth & Web Engineering mission.What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with all Growth leaders to help deliver significant growth across DOLeading development and execution across 3 key area of Engineering: Growth Engineering, Web Engineering, and Growth Platform EngineeringPartner with senior technical and business leadership to co-develop multi-year roadmaps areas across the organizationLeading your Engineering team to identify, prioritize and implement growth experiments at scale that align with DigitalOcean's objectivesStreamline Growth Engineering processes and enhance performance of Growth critical services while empowering rapid experimentationWork closely with cross-functional teams including developers and system administrators to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and optimize Growth UX and Growth Platform excellence.Proactively identify opportunities for technical and Growth product improvement and implement innovative solutions.Uplevel Growth Eng managers to grow their careers and excel at DOWhat You'll Add to DigitalOcean:People First Leader

The salary range for this position is between $235,000 - $280,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.We value diversity and inclusion.
