The person filling this position will report to the VP Growth leading our overall Growth Strategy. Eight FT and five contractor engineers currently support the Growth & Web Engineering mission.What You’ll Be Doing:Collaborate with all Growth leaders to help deliver significant growth across DO, leading development and execution across 3 key areas of Engineering: Growth Engineering, Web Engineering, and Growth Platform Engineering.Partner with senior technical and business leadership to co-develop multi-year roadmaps across the organization.Lead your Engineering team to identify, prioritize and implement growth experiments at scale that align with DigitalOcean’s objectives.Streamline Growth Engineering processes and enhance performance of Growth critical services while empowering rapid experimentation.Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and system administrators to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and optimize Growth UX and Growth Platform excellence.Proactively identify opportunities for technical and Growth product improvement and implement innovative solutions.Uplevel Growth Engineering managers to grow their careers and excel at DigitalOcean.What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:People First Leader

The salary range for this position is between $235,000 - $280,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.We value diversity and inclusion.
