In this role, the Assistant Controller will be responsible for overseeing month-end close processes, preparing and posting journal entries, and delivering timely and accurate financial statements. This position requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills.

• Month-End Close Management: Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring completion within deadlines and compliance with financial policies.
• Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and various adjustments.
• Account Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and submit reports to the parent company with timely analysis.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in accounting or finance roles with a focus on month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); Navision experience is a plus
• Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication for clear, collaborative interactions across departments.
