CFOJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst and Project Manager with 7 years of experience in finance, investment, and project management to support strategic growth initiatives within the senior living sector. This role is critical in advancing our capital raising efforts and optimizing financial performance across our senior living communities. The ideal candidate will drive strategic financial planning, capital sourcing, and project management to ensure successful execution of financial initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and present detailed financial models and investment analyses to support capital raising efforts.Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies to attract private equity, institutional investors, and other capital sources.Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Conduct variance analyses and prepare detailed reports on financial performance, KPIs, and project-specific metrics.Provide actionable insights based on financial analyses to improve operating efficiency and profitability.Oversee and manage financial aspects of capital improvement and development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure project success.Track project expenses, provide financial projections, and report on project progress to stakeholders.Partner with senior leadership, operations, and other departments to ensure financial and operational alignment on key projects.Qualifications:3+ years in financial analysis, project management, or a related role, with a proven track record in capital raising or financial planning within the senior living or real estate industry.Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in investment banking, commercial real estate, commercial banking, or development preferred.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and accounting software; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Solid project management skills with an emphasis on organization, time management, and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plansOpportunities for professional growth and advancement in a growing companyA collaborative work environment focused on impact within the senior living sector
