Job Description:GT Title:
Program Management - Lead New TitleLeads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, and/or modification of Technology projects. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.
Minimum Requirements:Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs.
Primary Focus of Position:Help lead governance process to review tech investment contracts against a set of principles and tenants, to provide go-forward recommendations on next steps, as well as help lead the discovery, prioritization, and track execution on a large set of optimization opportunities across the Global Technology landscape.
Must Haves for this position:In-depth knowledge of IT Governance Practices & ProcessesExpert level Project Management Skills, especially within complex business environments with a wide range of stakeholdersAbility to meet resistance with a solutions mindsetHighly organized & strong communication skillsStrategic thinker with an agile mindsetExperience with leading RFP, Contract Review/Negotiation & Vendor Selection ProcessAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage overall outcomes through shifting prioritiesAbility to navigate successfully through ambiguityStrong Visual Design + PPX skills
