The team partners closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, software, and expertise, to help customers manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsJob ResponsibilitiesThe candidate is required to develop an in-depth expertise in product operation, applications, and customer processes.Collaborate with critical customers to ensure KLA products are adopted and applied to their unique problems.Support for pre-sale activities that include product demos, product presentations, development of technical papers, and support at trade shows.Support for post-sale activities that include customer training, customer support, understanding customer processes, and development of new use cases.Support for internal customers such as service, engineering, and operations.QualificationsMaster's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field.A background in IC processing OR Semiconductor equipment is desirable, but not mandatory.Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data-analysis tools.Teamwork is critical so having a good balance between technical skills and people skills is a must.Must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.The company offers a total rewards package that is competitive and comprehensive including but not limited to the following: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.KLA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
