IT’s mission is to enable business growth and productivity by connecting people, process, and technology.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThis role reports up to the KLA Service and US Operations Business Unit. The Business Unit is focused on providing the best customer experience for IT Services! You will work with multiple teams both locally and globally in resolving problems and participating in local & global projects.Top Daily Responsibilities:This role will support the local IT/Infrastructure at the site, small datacenter with all network and security appliances and limited local servers at three (3) locations.

Be the go-to person for users at the site for issues and requests our automation or remote team cannot complete.

Report incidents and issues to the central helpdesk and provide local assistance as needed and resolve SNOW (Service Now) requests & incidents.

Responsible for Zoom/Video Conferencing for onsite locations.

Participate in global initiatives where local representation is needed.

Additional ResponsibilitiesPC, Network, Storage, and smartphone lifecycle.

Requirements (these are the must-have skills, experience, and qualifications)Expert knowledge of PC, servers, OS (Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS).

Understanding of Network, Security, ServiceNow.

Documentation skills - End user instruction writing.

Virtualization experience.

Basic understanding of Application Scripting and Packaging.

Active directory and SCCM. Must have familiarity with Intune.

Excellent customer service and communications skills.

This role will be based in Hillsboro, OR, but support an additional two (2) locations based in Boise, ID and Vancouver, WA.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% to both of these locations.

Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years.KLA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
