Job Summary:
You will build innovative workforce and organizational development programs for skilled labor in the manufacturing industry. You will lead the development and implementation of strategic workforce and organizational development solutions, working closely with our business and HR teams to develop reskilling and upskilling programs. You will manage relationships with external partners at the regional and local level and work closely with our Diversity & Inclusion team on initiatives that create a diverse and skilled talent pipeline and foster opportunity for all.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
Act as a strategic consultant to internal stakeholders across businesses in the implementation of workforce solutions to address skill needs and future opportunities.
Design, create and incubate scalable solutions that develop and grow talent in manufacturing roles. This could include apprenticeships, reskilling programs, bootcamps or other workforce programs.
Manage key relationships and partnerships with external consultants, academic institutions, re-skilling programs, industry groups, and vendors to ensure cutting-edge development for Trane Technologies.
Measure effectiveness of solutions in partnership with business partners. Measures include business impact, ROI, and comparisons to external benchmarks to continuously improve current solutions.
What you will bring:
Adaptability: Navigating changing employee and leadership needs and managing multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands effectively.
Change management: Developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to manage organizational changes, and adapting to dynamic workplace conditions effectively.
Consultative customer service: Providing expert advice and tailored solutions based on understanding the workforce challenges and needs of internal business stakeholders.
Interpersonal skills: Building trust with people leaders, resolving conflicts effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and business priorities.
Predictive mindset: Anticipating future challenges or opportunities based on available data, trends, and patterns; proactive planning and forecasting to make informed decisions and strategies.
Problem solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Program management: Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple fast-moving projects and initiatives from inception to completion, while ensuring all align with organizational goals and objectives.
Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on business objectives and develop sustainable solutions to workforce challenges.
Strategy Execution: Converting a chosen strategic plan into action.
White space development: Identifying and creating new workforce programs and/or partnerships to address areas that are address long term talent challenges, using creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 110,000 to $160,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
