Job Description

Pay Rate: $120000 to $145000 Per Year

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the EVP of Human Resources, the HR Change Management Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success and enhancing employee experience through effective change and project management. This position collaborates closely with HR leadership teams across Integrated Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, People Services, DEI, and HR Business leaders to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives. The Change Management Lead will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Change Management, Project Management and Implementation

Develop comprehensive change and culture evolution plans aligned with key HR project plans and in line with Veolia's Non-Negotiables of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Oversee and ensure cultural and organizational integration of Employee Resource Groups and other programs to ensure objectives and alignment with VNA's DEI strategy and goals.

Oversee and implement HR change management projects/programs, ensuring effective delivery.

Monitor stakeholder engagement and adoption progress, report status, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Ensure cost-effective alignment of timing, resources, and work sequencing Document and analyze lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Communication and Relationship Management

Craft and distribute clear, concise project communications in partnership with the communications team.

Establish and maintain strong relationships within the HR organization.

Ensure clear understanding of operational objectives related to projects.

Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation aligned with HR strategies and objectives.

Meeting Management and Facilitation

Coordinate HR meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Facilitate meetings and workshops related to HR projects and other initiatives.

Manage and coordinate the EVP HR's agenda.

Assist in coordinating training programs for the HR group in collaboration with the Talent Development team.

Executive and Leadership Support

Provide comprehensive support to the EVP of HR and HR Leadership team in all assigned areas.

Ensure clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects.

Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

+7 years of experience in HR or project management, change management.

Experience running Agile projects and acting as an Agile Scrum Master.

Project management tool experience, e.g. SMARTSHEET.

Prior track record in coordinating multi-faceted projects in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders and inter-dependencies.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical / digital proficiency.

Proficient in Google Suite and HR information systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create compelling and clear communications using documents, slides, spreadsheets.

Knowledge of HR practices, policies.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Discretion in handling confidential information.

Proactive and self-motivated.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training:

PMP Certification is an asset.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to tolerate a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Occasional travel as needed.

This is a hybrid role.
