As a Senior FEE in Advertising Billing aka Iron Mountain Team, you will be responsible for driving the team’s long-term vision and architecture, shaping roadmaps, and providing technical leadership to the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive design and architecture experience, knowledge of AWS technologies and services, and a proven track record of building mission-critical, highly scalable systems. In addition to strong technical knowledge, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about solving ambiguous, challenging problems that have not been solved before. Front End Engineers will be responsible for design, development, delivery, and support of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications.

Key job responsibilities
Lead Frontend Development: Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.Establish Frontend Architecture: Drive the development of reusable and modular UI components, adhering to best practices and design systems.Performance and Quality Excellence: Ensure optimal performance by implementing efficient rendering techniques, code splitting, and other performance optimizations for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Contribute to establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for the frontend codebase through testing, code reviews, and best practices.Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences. Share knowledge across the organization through tech talks and mentoring other frontend developers.
