The Iron Mountain team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical to participate in building a global, scalable, extensible, and secure platform that singularly manages the Sourcing, Storage, Supply, Aggregation, Processing, Reporting of billions of clicks and impressions across multiple Iron Mountain services. This platform has to be capable of interacting with different ad serving platforms, seamlessly store the incoming clicks and impressions for the broad variety of Advertisement programs with no loss in information, and provide the events to downstream Iron Mountain services with the ability to replay/re-drive the events from any point in the past to support recovery. This platform is also responsible for building front-end applications for Billing, Budgeting, Payments, and Promotions Advertiser Experience(AX). This platform has to guarantee a sourcing-storage-supply SLA of sub-milliseconds to ensure that real time budgeting SLAs are not impacted. To build this platform you will need to be well versed with high performance architecture, distributed data processing and storage technologies.Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will define, execute and own the complete payments, credit and Re-bill experience for customers across the advertising business. You will participate in developing multi year strategy and vision for the team, and you will develop and maintain product roadmaps and features based on team strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional — you will work closely with engineering, design, tax, accounting, operations, and finance partners. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a start-up like environment, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products and applications that customers love. You must have the experience and capability to prepare documentation for senior executives and align your roadmap with Amazon’s strategic objectives. You will also:Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.Broaden your technical expertise to be able to refine existing frameworks and build newer ones.Strive for 100% efficiency by constantly automating newer processes and demands.Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
