Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications, and providing support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in customizations and integrations, and a solid understanding of business processes.Key Responsibilities:NetSuite Administration:Maintain and support the NetSuite environment, including user management, role configurations, and security settings.Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.Customization and Development:Design, develop, and implement custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteApps to meet business needs.Create and manage saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide insights and enhance decision-making.Integration Management:Work with third-party applications and APIs to ensure seamless integration with NetSuite.Monitor integration processes and resolve any related issues.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.Continuous Improvement:Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on NetSuite releases and features to leverage new capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Developer/Administrator or similar role.Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.Experience with NetSuite integrations and data migration tools.Knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies.Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
