Contract Closeout Analyst

to work as a member of an integrated team supporting a federal client.Qualified candidates will possess 3 - 10 years of specialized experience in contract closeout activities, including financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout. Relevant contract closeout experience must be as a federal government employee, member of the Armed Forces, or contractor supporting a federal agency. Expertise in closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success.RequirementsQualificationThree (3) to ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experienceBachelor's Degree is requiredProficient in MS Office Suite including Excel and SharePointExperience with PRISM and FFMS is a plusKnowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Federal contract closeout processes and proceduresMust be a US CitizenMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (the investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check)This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located within the United States and available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.BenefitsThis is a permanent part-time position at 20 hours/week .About OCT Consulting LLCOCT Consulting LLC is a certified SBA 8(a), minority owned, small, disadvantaged business providing professional services and Information Technology solutions to the federal government and commercial clients.
