Palladin is in search of a creative and motivated
Delivery Manager
who will oversee the delivery and execution of services to our clients. You will work with our clients to gather requirements, user stories and document use cases for the Salesforce platform. The
Delivery Manager
will participate in discovery and business practices reviews, collaborate with Palladin colleagues and the client team. You will work to establish common policies and practices designed to ensure a best-in-class performance of the delivery team while effectively presenting information and responding to client project requests.A successful

ensures successful outcomes for our engagements and implementations.
Essential skills, responsibilities & fun stuff:Experience with Agile methodologies and is a Certified Scrum Master.Experience with the Salesforce platform, including core Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ and/or Field Service Lightning.Experience designing and building custom solutions on the Force.com Platform, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder and/or Flow.5+ years in a team-focused environment related to management consulting, advisory or professional services.Experience working as a team lead implementing technology solutions for businesses.Highly skilled at leading functional workshops with clients and key stakeholders to rapidly learn the client's business process, capture business requirements/use cases.Proficient with business analysis, communication, presentations and overall process flows and related tools, such as LucidChart.Adheres to Palladin’s project methodology, while contributing to continuous process improvement.Leverages and adds to Palladin’s library of Best Practice and Success toolkits.Assists, as needed, with the inbound Case queue for Palladin’s Managed Services / Support practice area.This is a remote position with location preference of Atlanta, GA metro area. The candidate may travel to client locations.
