SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Sales (Aquablation Therapy), the Aquablation Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets by developing, implementing and overseeing the execution of strategic plans with hospital targets, teaching institutions and key IDNs in the assigned geography. This position plays a critical role in building and developing the field sales team within his/her region. The major responsibilities are to manage and direct the utilization of Aquablation Therapy within their installed base. This will include managing installations, training and utilization growth within their assigned region and the hiring, training, and development of Aquablation Sales Representatives.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:Executes sales strategy within physician practices, strategic hospital targets, teaching institutions and assigned IDN'sDevelop and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed goals set by senior managementExpand Aquablation Therapy usage in all existing accountsExpand Aquablation Therapy usage by selling and training new surgeonsManage training and education process within installed baseLead new system installation processProspect for new system installationsBuild clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and marketing eventsAdhere to monthly reports analyzing regional business performanceDevelop key relationships in targeted accountsFoster the development of key opinion leaders within region to create strong corporate relationshipProvide updates to management regarding competition, product use, clinical updates, reimbursement, and other important business metricsConduct regular field sales visits with sales representatives to assist in sales execution and professional development of the teamAdhere to performance management disciplines of weekly 1:1 calls, weekly/bi-weekly team calls, quarterly field rides with follow up, bi-annual team meetings, annual performance reviewsParticipate as an integral member of the management team that develops, delivers, and improves programs and training eventsProactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and FDA regulations including strict compliance with AquaBeam's Customer Relationship and the Sunshine Act policiesMaintain a professional and credible image with customers and teammatesEstablish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirementsManage travel and expenses per approved budgetMaintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory complianceUnderstand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS policyThe Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
Bachelor's degree - four-year degree from accredited reputable institutionStart-up company experience selling disruptive technologyA minimum of 8 years of experience within sales, sales management, and/or training or marketing organization is requiredHigh level of technical/clinical product knowledgeAbility to manage multiple tasksStrong organizational and communication skillsMust have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings. Prior people management experience is not required, but extensive mentoring by experienced manager would be recommended if notExcellent communication skills and the ability to work as a cross functional team member is requiredAbility to travel upwards to 75%PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIORMENT

For this role, the anticipated base pay is $140,000 a year.

In addition to base salary, our positions are eligible for variable compensation through one of our incentive plans as well as equity compensation based on role and level. PROCEPT also offers a comprehensive suite of benefits including, but not limited to, health insurance plans, ESPP, 401k retirement savings plan with a company match, and paid time off programs. All compensation and benefits programs are subject to the discretion of the company.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
