Human Resources Manager

Our client is currently seeking a HR Manager for their manufacturing facility in Kansas City MO. This is a Union facility and the HR Manager needs some previous Union experience. This position will have 1 Direct Report HR Coordinator in the support of about 100-110 employees. The HR Manager will help meet the goals and objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting and enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders.
