Supports the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Determines system specifications and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Responsibilities:This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Acts as a trusted partner, providing coordination and execution of process improvement and order automation.Maintain compliance as required by regulatory bodies and the company’s quality systems.Seeks and participates in opportunities to advance and improve process related work.Understands partner strategies and priorities and is able to use this knowledge to appropriately prioritize daily work.Proactively communicate escalated topics to appropriate team member.Inquiry management lead.Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.Who You are:Bachelor’s Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree.4 years of analytical experience.Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to apply data and analysis to drive decision making.Demonstrated ability to operate and lead within a matrix organization.Business to Business Partnerships.Project Management Experience.SAP / SFDC Knowledge.Data Analysis Experience (2 years).Ability to comprehend CRM systems – their purpose & value.ecommerce Platform Knowledge & Experience.Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $60,100-$119,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
