We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist for our Spring, TX office. As a leading provider of electronic payment services globally, Dolphin Debit requires a dedicated individual who can manage data input with high accuracy and efficiency. Your role will support various departments by ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed punctually and with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of informationConduct regular quality checks to maintain data integrityIdentify and rectify data discrepancies promptlyAssist in data cleansing and organizational maintenanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processesPrepare reports and summaries for management as requiredFollow established data entry procedures and protocolsSupport ad-hoc data projects and tasks as neededRequirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in data entry or administration is advantageousExceptional attention to detail and accuracy is essentialProficient with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationTeam player with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to stay updated with the latest company systems and toolsBenefits
