About the Role
Youll join our People Engineering Team, which is responsible for developing applications and experiences that empower our engineers. In this role, you will be crucial to
building and optimizing Workday integrations
that support our HR and Global Payroll functions. You'll have the opportunity to
drive major system improvements
and work with a range of internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities Act as a
subject matter expert
for
large collections of Workday integrations . Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery
of
new Workday Integrations . Create
detailed integration specifications ,
field mappings , and
designs
to support full integration deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders
to address project challenges and impact. Research integration failures ,
perform root cause analyses , and report findings to leadership. Work with
People Engineering and business leaders
to align objectives and drive Workdays
data strategy . Manage timelines and deliverables within
large, multi-month projects . Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in Workday
with at least one
full Workday implementation . 6+ years of experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors . 6+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields . Proven
experience integrating Workday with third-party vendors . Preferred Qualifications Strong
problem-solving skills
with enthusiasm for tackling
system-to-system integration
challenges. Familiarity with
Workday administrative functions , including
tenant configuration, data loads, payroll configurations, and maintenance . Proven success in
fast-paced environments , with demonstrated experience interacting with large sets of stakeholders. Experience implementing applications using
Workday Extend . A track record of
driving architectural changes
in
