Apex Systems is looking to supply our public, non-profit healthcare client with a qualified Workday Integrations Manager to join their team as a direct hire. Scope of Work 50% managerial duties / 50% hands-on technical development work Liaise between technical team and business stakeholders Hands-on technical integration development using Workday Studio (integrations from scratch), EIBs, and Core Connectors Current technical state: Workday HCM, Financials, SCM, Prism, and Strategic Sourcing (went live in 2021) Client is implementing Workday Adaptive Planning Client does not have Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, Extend, Learning, or Extend Team Structure:
5 direct reports: 3 integration developers, 1 security consultant, 1 report writer Interview Process:
Multi-round interview process first with HR, then technical team members, managers, and architects, and finally with vice-level leadership and senior directors
