Information Technology Support Analyst

Position: IT Analyst (up to 40% travel field support, desktops, servers, some networking)Location: Riverside, CA (up to 40% travel to local site locations, all expensed paid)Duration: Permanent Full Time, Direct HireSalary Range: 55k to 62k + Excellent Benefits ProgramIndustry: FitnessResponsibilities:Microsoft desktop and server systems including Active DirectoryMicrosoft Office 365 including Exchange & SharePointScripting (including PowerShell)Mobile device management including Android & AppleSoftware deployment and system management using ConnectWise AutomateBasic Networking (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing & Wireless)SD-WAN technologies including Meraki.IP SurveillanceMitel VOIPAnalyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processesIdentifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the IT frameworkDesigning and executing IT solutions and solving issues effectivelyInstalling, configuring, upgrading, and testing hardware and software componentsOverseeing system upgrades and researching new toolsProviding training and assistance to users and handling password issuesUnderstanding business needs and providing objective advice on the use of ITWhat Gets You The Job:A BA or BS in a relevant field is highly preferred.At least 6 years of experience in IT, Customer Service, or a relevant and translatable fieldMust have the ability to travel up to 25%.Relevant certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, VCP)Prior experience in customer service and/or health clubs.Able to work discreetly, independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.Able to work with confidential information.Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.Must be a team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.Must be extremely organized.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skillsIrvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is a leading provider of technology and staffing solutions for IT, Security, Engineering, and Interactive Design disciplines servicing startups to enterprise clients, nationally.
