Responsibilities:Managing Microsoft desktop and server systems, including Active DirectoryOverseeing Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange & SharePointScripting using PowerShellManaging mobile devices, including Android & AppleSoftware deployment and management with ConnectWise AutomateBasic networking tasks such as TCP/IP, Switching, Routing & WirelessImplementing SD-WAN technologies, including MerakiHandling IP SurveillanceSupporting Mitel VOIPAnalyzing current IT systems and processes for improvementDesigning and implementing IT solutionsInstalling, configuring, and testing hardware and software componentsProviding training, support, and assistance to usersAssessing business needs and offering advice on IT useRequirements:BA or BS in a relevant field preferredAt least 6 years of experience in IT, Customer Service, or related fieldAbility to travel up to 25%Relevant certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, VCP)Prior customer service and/or health club experience a plusStrong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skillsIrvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is a leading provider of technology and staffing solutions, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth.
