As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Valet Living's resident-facing amenities within the multifamily industry. We are seeking a quick learner who is self-competitive, empathetic, and highly skilled at reading people and situations. You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and tight-knit group of sales professionals and learn from hands-on mentorship.In this role, you will play a critical role in generating, developing, and closing opportunities in a designated territory. You will be expected to identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and maintain client retention while increasing revenue of existing clients. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners, and management groups.Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $135,000 -$153,000 per year, which includes a base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. OTE will vary based on performance.Additionally, you will receive a monthly guarantee against your commissions to be disbursed during your ramp up period.Training:

You are expected to allocate up to 70% of your working hours to a combination of remote work and traveling within your designated territory.Auto allowance:
