Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications)Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and to ensure smooth processes and coordination with all concerning parties from start until end, with focus on driving CRM / membership program to increase membership recruitment and retention.Job Responsibilities:To effectively plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and activities including Membership / Loyalty Program related campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales contribution.Analyse and monitor all campaigns executed to provide insights for business opportunities and prepare campaign reports to ensure program performance.Track and manage expenses to ensure ROI and activities are executed according to budget plans.Collaborate and to secure partnerships with strategic business partners e.g., shopping malls, banks, telcos on cross promotions, reward programmes, sponsorships and relevant partnerships including events.Liaison with external parties for example the media, relevant agencies, mall landlord, potential brand partners, vendors on coordination based on marketing plans and to build a strong network to establish brand recognition.Manage the Membership database system where required but not limited to the member database, POS, Website and membership program’s portal to ensure smooth operations and functionalities of the Membership program in all aspects.Plan, execute and align marketing and Membership programs and its communications based on recruitment and retention initiatives across in-stores and online.Provide full support to other relevant functional departments to understand their needs and issues and to be able to make proposals and recommendations that are amicable to both related department and the members.Support to Retail marketing functions in planning and implementation of campaign marketing plans.Key Skills / Attributes / Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / PRMin 1 – 2 years of experience in CRMStrong planning and organizational skills, along with effective communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia?What's your expected monthly basic salary?Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a marketing executive?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
