We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to be the trusted resource for hemophilia patients and caregivers.

In this field-based hematology position, you will have responsibility for promoting the hemophilia portfolio for Sanofi Rare Blood Disorders, including strategic business planning and executing launch strategies to meet/exceed targets within your geographic territory.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure effective execution of Sanofi strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area by developing effective business plans.

Ensure close cross-functional collaboration with Case Managers, Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Market Access.

Demonstrate deep marketplace, therapeutic, product, and disease expertise.

Understand and apply knowledge of healthcare industry trends, applicable laws, and regulations.

Identify key decision-makers for the use of Sanofi products and conduct customer meetings.

Utilize CRM to manage territory and record activities.

Engage with local hemophilia chapters to identify patient and family needs.

Conduct formal and informal presentations to the hemophilia community.

Provide product, wellness, and lifestyle education to the community.

Support new families initiating treatment and reduce barriers to adherence.

Build relationships within the community and represent Sanofi at local patient events.

Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies.

Review and analyze market/customer data to support strategic planning.

Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Proven experience with presentation and facilitation skills

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally

Experience engaging patients and caregivers with rare/chronic conditions

Willingness and ability to work within and outside of traditional business hours

The ability to travel 50-80%

Valid driver's license

Bilingual - English and Spanish required

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA/Science background

Minimum 2 years of demonstrated industry success

3-5 years’ experience in hemophilia

Rare/orphan disease experience

Experience working with specialty pharmacies

Launch experience with complex specialty products

This position will require individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The salary range for this position is $100,500.00 - $134,000.00 USD Annually. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
