Blue Chip Talent is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician to work onsite in Palo Alto CA. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience providing support via hands-on and remote access. Candidates will be supporting Windows 10/11 environments, some MAC, Office 365, VPN issues as well as some networking issues. Candidates should be strong in supporting and troubleshooting a Windows environment and have strong experience with Active Directory.No 3rd Party Vendors are allowed for this role and No C2C is allowed. I cannot use 3rd party vendors and there are no exceptions.Skills:Experience with deploying, updating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Windows-based and Mac-based workstations in a corporate environment leveraging ConfigMgr, Microsoft Intune, Jamf (Casper), and other system management toolsExperience with Wired/Wireless networks, VPN, Collaboration tools (Chat and Video Conferencing), A/V devices, and conference room systems.Support Experience with Office365, all major browsers, 3rd party popular applications, encryption software, anti-virus solutions, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDIs), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file and printing services, and shared drivesFamiliarity with the standard helpdesk ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)Tech Savvy - Ability and passion for learning new technology and toolsPassion for Customer SupportA drive to help end-users get what they need to do their jobs the best they can.A sense of satisfaction from assisting end-users in getting what they need on
