1+ year of experience managing workers' compensation files.Strong familiarity with workers' compensation law and procedures.Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active and valid license to practice law in the state of California.Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to handle client communications professionally and empathetically.Familiarity with legal software for managing case files.
