Are you a Human Resources Specialist who is looking to join one of the top companies in the manufacturing industry?Are you looking to further your career and grow?Do you have experience in Human ResourcesIf you answered yes to those three questions, then apply today!Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Orlando, FL, Interested?Here's what you'll do:The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns effectively.Serve as a point of contact for employees and management on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and concerns.Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies.Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve working relationships.Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and investigations.Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations and HR programs.Here's what you'll get:Pay

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 4 years' experience in Human ResourcesPreferred Skills / Qualifications:
This position understanding of employee relations practices.Excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
