Training and Development Manager.
The training will be on the cutting-edge of technology in a digital infrastructure environment supporting an initiative designed to link our nation’s warfighters to the best employment opportunities available.

Job Summary:
Works on multiple course development projects in support of and in development of effective and engaging training course content. Creates engaging, effective, and interactive training materials. Conducts analysis, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. Delivers training to employees directly or indirectly and mentors junior members on the team.
Responsibilities:
Training Program Management:
Oversees multiple global training program launches.
Instructional Design:
Engages with cross-functional SMEs and/or stakeholders to identify the learning requirements. Creates proposals for the best type of training needed to meet the requirements. Manages the training development to achieve targeted learning objectives. Delivers the training, or oversees the delivery of training by other team members. Evaluates the effectiveness of the training material.
Training & Training Delivery:
Prepares and delivers training to cross-functional employees. Coaches and mentors other trainers. Manages the review of SCORM objects to ensure they are properly built, configured, and tested prior to rollout of new courses/learning resources.
Project Management:
Creates and drives to the goals and objectives of the program and how it will impact the business. Identifies and engages with the leaders of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the overall goal. Develops a strategy for implementation, delegating tasks and projects efficiently. Communicates program objectives.
Analytics:
Evaluates feedback and creates long-term curriculum update plans.
LMS Support:
Provides and manages enhancement requests for the LMS Functional team (HRIS).
Qualifications:
7+ years experience required,
Technical associates degree, military-technical school, or civilian technical trade school completion.
Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instruction 1322.29 and NAVADMIN 222/15. Required.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following locations is:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $111,000 to $185,000 per year.
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $104,000 to $172,000 per year.
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $94,000 to $156,000 per year.
