Collaborate with experts across brand, digital, and strategy, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making, unlock new growth potential, and optimize our differentiating capabilities.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Management Product Manager to spearhead the modernization of our lead capture, scoring, distribution, and measurement systems. This role is crucial in evolving our strategy, maturing our operations, and modernizing the supporting technology. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end modernization of lead management experiences and systems, drive product goals, obtain cross-functional alignment, develop a multi-year roadmap, and manage execution to completion.What You’ll Do:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for modernizing lead capture, scoring, distribution, measurement systems and experience for participating agents.Lead the end-to-end modernization effort across digital acquisition lead programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Oversee the evolution of lead management operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness in lead handling processes, ensuring a seamless experience for consumers and agents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing campaign managers, field operations and technology enablement, to ensure integration and implementation of modernization initiatives.Monitor and analyze lead management metrics to measure the success of modernization efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices to maintain a cutting-edge lead management system.Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Drive product goals and develop a multi-year roadmap to guide the modernization effort and ensure long-term success.Navigate bigger, strategic picture while also ensuring all details are accounted for to enable seamless consumer and agent focused features and functionality.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or Master’s degree preferred; and/or equivalent experience.10+ years of relevant experience working with lead management products, product management, strategy, and/or a related role, with a focus on business process modernization and technology integration.5+ years of experience managing a team.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion.Experience in lead generation and/or lead distribution and tracking.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and passionate about driving results.Pay TransparencySalary Range: $155,000 - $225,000Discretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
