Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of project finance and M&A experience, with fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being preferred.Job Overview:The Finance Associate Attorney will handle a variety of finance matters, with a focus on project finance and M&A transactions.
