The position is ideal for candidates located in the MD/DC/Northern VA area or those planning to relocate.Location:Duties:Manage all aspects of a federal appellate caseload.Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions, with a focus on strong legal writing.Conduct legal research and provide analysis in support of appellate cases.Participate in oral arguments as necessary.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and development.Requirements:1-4 years of attorney experience.Strong legal writing and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Must be a member in good standing of a state bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Bar membership is required.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Detail-oriented and well-organized.
