JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full job title: Microsoft 365 Suite & Power Platform Technology Specialist Develop and provide lead support for Microsoft 365 applications focusing on the Power platform. Re-write existing InfoPath forms and convert to PowerApps prior to the InfoPath application retirement. Serve as an Office 365 team lead responsible for improving team ticket metrics by decreasing time-to-close statistics. Educate team members on new Microsoft features and functionality. Provide Level 3 support for incoming issues for existing PowerApps forms, including troubleshooting, recommending and implementing fixes. Fulfill requests for custom solutions using PowerApps. Gather requirements; design solutions; and test, implement and conduct post-implementation validation of the solution. Address and provision customer license request. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years in any job title involving application development and support experience.
