Minimum of 8 years’ experience in transactional franchise law.In-depth knowledge of U.S. franchising regulations, with additional international franchise or M&A experience preferred.Admission to practice law in Washington, DC, or eligibility for admission via waiver.Strong analytical, drafting, and writing abilities.Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Washington, DC State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
Exceptional organizational and drafting capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and adhere to deadlines.Client-focused approach with a dedication to providing strategic legal guidance.
