Handle business succession planning, trust and estate planning, and transactional matters.Draft legal documents related to corporate and estate planning.Advise high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning strategies.Manage transactional work for business clients, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency.Collaborate with the legal team on sophisticated corporate and estate matters.Provide legal counsel on tax-related issues, leveraging tax background where applicable.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business succession, trust and estate planning, and transactional matters.Ability to manage complex cases independently.Experience with high-net-worth clients and business transactions.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.LLM in Tax or a strong tax background is highly preferred.Skills:
